Problem: Landing page has unorganized content with impersonal tone and duplicate links.
Solution: Researched keywords to identify content opportunities for site visibility. Created a tone/voice guide centered on empathy to ease customers in understanding patient’s coverage eligibility. Wrote copy headline recommendations to drive user action.
